Media  and  communication

We’re proud to be spreading the message and that’s only just beginning. With appearances on BBC Radio Tees with Gary Philipson and on Mark Carter’s breakfast show on Radio Sussex, word is really getting out.

We had the pleasure of speaking to Meridian's Samantha Day and sharing what we are doing to help our local Sussex community, raising mental health awareness..
"As heard on the Open For Business Show with Samantha Day earlier this week, new group Sons of Anxiety want to raise mental health awareness and help raise money for Sussex charities.
They have a big launch taking place on 1st September at the Beach in Littlehampton from 7pm. Please lend your support along with several celebrities who will be there. If you have mental health issues, this is the place to talk to people. You are not alone."
"We’re very excited to be appearing on Gary Philipson from tomorrow at 10am on BBC Tees. We’ll be talking to Gary how as a micro-brand we came into existence only a few weeks ago with the aim of promoting mental health visibility and fostering togetherness. We’re a group of friends who have all experienced metal health and are dedicated to fostering a sense of acceptance for an issue that accepts so many people."
